So much of the game is unbalanced as well, playing as a cop was ok, but as a racer I found myself getting busted/wrecked incredibly frequently. As far as I could work out you can't disable the Kinect and since I use it for other stuff I didn't want to physically disconnect it. Stuff like the camera would randomly pan round or face backward, the game would pause, my GPS would reset, I think this was from voice commands I was not giving. There are tons of in game bugs, some major ones involved the Kinect voice commands as far as I can tell. This only happened after paying this game and I tried closing it and leaving it open. One of the biggest issues I found is my Xbox would not start any apps the next time I turned it on after playing this game, The only way to get around this was a hard reset every time. I've just finished this game and IME it's super buggy. I would have never started it had I know how badly the progress breaking bugs were.

If anybody with the power to flag games sees this, PLEASE mark the game as buggy.
